HappyLocks is committed to getting your security hardware to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays):

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed same day;

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day;

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships;

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, holiday period, and major promotions), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping threshold: Orders of $49 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping automatically.
3. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories is available via USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping charges and extended transit times (7–14 business days) apply. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to these destinations.
4. International Shipping
HappyLocks ships to select international destinations. International orders:

Are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination;

Typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance;

Are subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price;

Cannot include smart lock products to certain countries due to wireless frequency regulations. Eligibility is displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

Your tracking number;

A direct link to the carrier's tracking page;

Estimated delivery date.
You can also track your order at any time by logging into your HappyLocks account and visiting "My Orders." Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property;

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number;

If not resolved within 3 business days, contact us at support@happylocks.com. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement shipment or refund.
6.2 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Document the damage by photographing the package and product before unpacking;

Contact us at support@happylocks.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos;

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
6.3 Incorrect Address
HappyLocks is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error:

We will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship;

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
